• If you register for the class you are required to attend for the entire duration. AT THE VERY LEAST, you should expect to attend IN PERSON for 29 hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 14-16th. Yes, the ENTIRE weekend.

• IN PERSON Saturday, October 15th from 8:00am-11:00pm in the Farmer School of Business 
• IN PERSON Sunday, October 16th from 8:00am-3:00pm in the Farmer School of Business

DROP DATES: strictly enforced by Miami Registrar

• Last day to Web Register 10/4/2022
• Last day to register through an Admin 10/5/2022
• Last day to withdraw and have the surcharge refunded 10/4/2022
• Last day to withdraw without a grade 10/5/2022
• Last day to withdraw with a “W” 10/12/2022

 SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:

• You will work for at LEAST 29 hours during the course of the weekend in person in The Farmer School of Business.
• You should NOT plan to attend any other events during the weekend. 
• If you work – you should request off of work during the weekend. All of your time should be devoted to the class and your team.
• You will form your team on Friday night after everyone pitches their problems. You should NOT plan to work on a preformed team. 
• You will pitch your startup business model on Sunday to a panel of judges. There is a cash prize that the top teams will win. 
• You have to pay the FSB surcharge for this Entrepreneurship course. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship – email: Tara Hoppe hoppetl@miamioh.edu. 
• You will eat lots of food that we will provide. Yes, we will find out from you if you have a dietary restriction.
• You will create new friendships and have an incredibly memorable and meaningful learning experience.
